It is well-structured, with a variety of Pilates videos divided by trimester that focus on different aspects (glute/arm strengthening, mobility and flexibility, etc.), yoga, and gym-based exercises. I loved that the video lengths vary between 20 and 45 minutes, as it allowed me to fit in workouts even when I had little time. This was key to maintaining consistency.

"I bought Yasmine’s Pregnancy Plan when I was in my late 2nd trimester, being a mum of one already and working full time it was important for me to have something I could access whenever I had a bit of time and fit around my home and work life, I just used the at home workouts but it’s a comprehensive plan including gym-based workouts too.  I also loved the yoga workouts & meditation when I felt I needed to calm my mind.  The videos are well filmed, and you can hear Yasmine clearly throughout, when I used to live in London I trained with Yasmine, and it was like having her back in the room with me!  

I loved the stretch and mobility sessions to ease my aches and pains and I felt the Pilates really helped with my strength for birth, I had a much easier birth and recovery this pregnancy and I feel this programme helped, I bought another pregnancy fitness programme during my 1st pregnancy and didn’t get as much use out of it even though I had more time, I didn’t enjoy the workouts as much.   It’s very good value considering all the workouts and information you’re getting at your fingertips!
