"I really loved the pregnancy plan from Yasmine! It was a nice programme to follow from the beginning of my pregnancy through to the end. The videos are organized by trimesters and all the exercises have adaptations. I loved the videos on mobility, especially the focus on the hips since this is so important for the birth. I really believe it helped me stay fit until the end of my pregnancy. Also important to mention the convenience since specific equipment is not needed and you can do the workouts from anywhere. Really recommended!"

"The plan is great. It is well-structured, with a variety of Pilates videos divided by trimester that focus on different aspects (glute/arm strengthening, mobility and flexibility, etc.), yoga, and gym-based exercises. I loved that the video lengths vary between 20 and 45 minutes, as it allowed me to fit in workouts even when I had little time. This was key to maintaining consistency.
During my pregnancy, I suffered from pelvic girdle pain. Yasmine's plan, combined with physio exercises, enabled me to stay active throughout my pregnancy and manage the pain in the best possible way — something I am very thankful for!
I'd recommend Yasmine's pregnancy plan to any woman who wants to stay active and experience the benefits of Pilates in preparation for birth and beyond."

"I bought Yasmine’s Pregnancy Plan when I was in my late 2nd trimester, being a mum of one already and working full time it was important for me to have something I could access whenever I had a bit of time and fit around my home and work life, I just used the at home workouts but it’s a comprehensive plan including gym-based workouts too. I also loved the yoga workouts & meditation when I felt I needed to calm my mind. The videos are well filmed, and you can hear Yasmine clearly throughout, when I used to live in London I trained with Yasmine, and it was like having her back in the room with me!
I loved the stretch and mobility sessions to ease my aches and pains and I felt the Pilates really helped with my strength for birth, I had a much easier birth and recovery this pregnancy and I feel this programme helped, I bought another pregnancy fitness programme during my 1st pregnancy and didn’t get as much use out of it even though I had more time, I didn’t enjoy the workouts as much. It’s very good value considering all the workouts and information you’re getting at your fingertips!
I was new to Pilates before this, but it’s now encouraged me to pursue it and I’ve bought Yasmine’s beginners Pilates sessions to try now I’m a few months post-partum."
