Back On Track — a 6-week online home workout programme, designed for YOU. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to rebuild your fitness, this is the programme that will help you do just that! With over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve designed this programme to help you you move better, feel stronger, and boost your energy — all from the comfort of your home. No guesswork, no judgment, just progress!

The programme includes:
🟢 6 pre-recorded workouts of 30 minutes each – requiring just your bodyweight and some resistance bands (links to purchase any equipment will be provided).
🟢 Progress/habit tracking throughout. Simple and easy-to-use score cards to track your activities, e.g. step count, water intake, hours of sleep, etc.
🟢 A Nutrition Cheat Sheet – simple tips and advice on how to optimise your Nutrition over the 6 weeks.
